Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Who we are

MJM Law & Partners is a law firm based at Morales Bldg., Provincial Highway, Brgy. Can-Ayan, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon 8700, Philippines. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. You can reach us about it at atty.mjmorales@mjmlawpartners.com or 0927 854 1086.

2. Information we collect

  • Inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the service you are asking about, how you prefer to be contacted, subject, message, your confirmation that you consent to this policy, and the date and time you submitted the form.
  • Consultation booking: if you use the booking link, scheduling happens on a Google Calendar booking page. What you enter there is collected by Google under Google's own terms and privacy policy, and we receive the booking details you provide.
  • Website analytics: if you click Accept on the cookie notice, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser type. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set.
  • Your preferences: your language choice and cookie choice are saved in your own browser.

3. How we use it

We use inquiry form information only to respond to your inquiry, to assess whether we can assist you, and to arrange a consultation. We use analytics information only to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Where it is stored and who can see it

Inquiries are stored in a database hosted by our service provider, Supabase. The website is hosted by Lovable, and analytics are processed by Google. These providers may process information on servers outside the Philippines. Within the firm, only authorized administrators can access inquiries.

5. How long we keep it

Website inquiries are deleted automatically one year after they are submitted. If an inquiry leads to an engagement, the information becomes part of the client file and is kept in accordance with the terms of the engagement and our professional obligations.

6. Please do not send confidential information

Submitting the inquiry form does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Please do not include confidential information in the form until an engagement has been established.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to be informed about how your personal information is processed, to access it, to have it corrected, to object to its processing, to have it erased or blocked, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise these rights, email atty.mjmorales@mjmlawpartners.com.

8. Cookies

Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the cookie notice will then appear again.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above.
