About MJM Law & Partners

A law firm with accounting, tax, and finance experience

MJM Law & Partners is a law firm in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. It was founded by Atty. Mark Joseph Morales, a lawyer and certified public accountant, to bring legal practice and financial expertise together for individuals and businesses.

Our Mission

To give clients clear legal, business, and financial advice, with the legal, advisory, and finance work kept distinct so that you know which service you are engaging.

What We Do

The firm offers three services, each with its own page and its own way to start:

Legal Services

Criminal defense, corporate law, civil litigation, tax advisory, and banking and financial law. Legal matters start with a 30-minute online consultation or an inquiry. See legal services.

Business Advisory

Planning, structuring, compliance, and financial decision support for startups, small and medium businesses, and growing companies. This is advisory work, separate from legal representation. See business advisory.

Fractional CFO Services

Part-time financial leadership for founders and companies that do not need a full-time CFO, such as cash flow planning, financial reporting, controls, and cost analysis. This is finance work, separate from legal representation. See fractional CFO services.

Who We Serve

  • Individuals who need legal defense or representation
  • Entrepreneurs with business registration, structuring, or contract needs
  • Companies that need compliance support or clearer financial reporting
  • Founders and professionals who need both legal and financial guidance

How We Work

  • Legal and finance under one firm: The founder is both a lawyer and a CPA, so questions that involve both law and accounting, such as tax disputes, can be handled together.
  • Clear first step: A 30-minute online consultation for legal matters, and an inquiry form for business advisory and fractional CFO work.
  • Research tools: The founder also built LexiQuire, a Philippine legal research platform.

Not sure which service fits? Send an inquiry and we will point you to the right one.
