Atty. Mark Joseph Morales is a Philippine lawyer and certified public accountant, and the founder and managing partner of MJM Law & Partners in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. His practice covers corporate and tax advisory, banking and financial regulation, and civil and criminal litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, a Master of Business Administration, and a Juris Doctor, major in Commercial Law. He passed the 2024 Bar Examinations and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025. He came to law from finance, having held senior finance roles for companies in construction, healthcare, and technology. That background informs the firm's work on tax disputes, financial reporting, and business advisory, where legal and accounting questions often arise together. He teaches taxation to accountancy and law students and is the author of Philippine Law on Taxation and Income Taxation for Accountancy Students. He also founded LexiQuire, a Philippine legal research platform.
